Date(s) - June 16th, 2017
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Harper Grey LLP
Join the KM subsection for a discussion with Mark Knauf-Nakamura, a Vancouver-based knowledge & change management leader. Mark will speak about strategically applying a KM framework and structure within your law firm, and will guide attendees through his high-level transition and on-boarding plan, which he has developed and implemented in legal and non-legal settings across North America. This KM Strategy looks at: (1) business, people & governance; (2) content, services & programs; and (3) process, metrics & technology.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in delivering “proven leadership in managing multiple enterprise-wide change and knowledge management projects from strategy and planning to execution in the professional services, financial services and manufacturing industries, and public not-for-profit” (LinkedIn, Mark Knauf-Nakamura). Most recently, Mark was the Director of Knowledge Management for Courthouse Libraries BC.
