Please join the HR and KM subsections for a joint meeting on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, entitled “Succession Planning and Knowledge Transfer”.
This panel discussion will generate ideas to develop or improve your firm’s processes for succession planning for key personnel, whether management, staff or lawyers, and how to capture knowledge assets and transfer knowledge to successors. Questions from attendees will be welcomed.
Our three panellists are Lisa Peters QC, Research & Opinions Partner at Lawson Lundell LLP; Mandy Ostick, Librarian at Harris & Co; and Stephen Hinds, HR Manager at Singleton Reynolds.

- Mandy has experience as a library manager at Courthouse Libraries BC, as well as in several law firms including Norton Rose Fulbright, BLG and Harris.
- Stephen has led the HR departments at McMillan and Singleton, and in non-law organizations.
