Oyen Wiggs has an opening for a Receptionist. The position is permanent full-time, Mondays to Fridays; hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are seeking a candidate who is able to create a professional first impression to our clients and visitors, both in person and on the telephone. The Receptionist will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Reception area along with providing administrative support to other departments. With a variety of duties, the nature of the position is flexible with changing priorities and may require a need to shift from task to task quickly.
The ideal candidate will bring with them a minimum of one year of experience in an office setting and is a motivated self-starter able to work independently in a multi-priority environment. Accuracy, attention to detail, quick learner, effective time management and strong organizational skills are key to being successful in this role. You will also have the following: a positive, team-oriented attitude, excellent customer service skills, solid PC skills including Windows, MS Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
