Golbey Levine, Lawyers + Advisors, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with a primary focus on family law and some support in commercial litigation to join our dedicated team. We handle a broad range of legal matters—from real estate and wills & estates to probate, litigation, and corporate/commercial work—offering you ample opportunities to develop and expand your skillset.

What You’ll Do:
- Support Our Lawyers:
- Prepare and revise legal correspondence and litigation documents;
- Manage scheduling for discoveries, trials, mediations, arbitrations, and other key proceedings;
- Draft, format, and file pleadings and other court documents;
- Liaise with clients, court staff, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including calendaring deadlines and key follow-ups;
- Implement and manage bring-forward systems to track limitation periods and critical dates;
- Coordinate and assist with court applications, document production, and trial preparation;
- Organize and maintain document lists, pleadings, and supporting materials for litigation files;
- Provide administrative support throughout the lifecycle of a file, from opening to closing; and
- Assist with file-related tasks such as service of documents, document production, and bundling for court.

What We’re Looking For:
- Savvy & Flexible:
- Proficient in basic office software and eager to learn new processes.
- Legal Interest:
- Ideally, you have a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate, or related education; 3+ years experience in a family law firm is also preferred.
- Energetic & Adaptable:
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to take on new responsibilities.
