The “coach approach” for learning and development professionals – how to use powerful questions to get to the heart of the the most impactful training needs (and protect your time along the way)

As a learning and development professional, you are used to being approached with various requests and ideas for training! With so many competing demands, you need to prioritize what will have the biggest impact on the business. By learning to use a coach approach and asking powerful questions, you can engage your stakeholders in being thoughtful about what is truly a training need, and where a different approach is needed. Please join us for this hands-on workshop where we will:

  • Discuss how a coach approach is an empowering professional skill-set for learning and development professionals
  • Learn new tools for your “coaching toolkit”, including specific mindsets, behaviors and frameworks
  • Review scenarios and coaching questions that would support you as a learning and development professional
  • Practice coaching!
