We are delighted to have Jennifer facilitate a session on Values-Based Leadership.
According to a study by Right Management and Globoforce, among a group of 91 possible factors, personal commitment to an employer’s core values is the top driver of employee engagement. As Leaders in organizations, we have the power to influence and build thriving cultures through understanding our own core values and how our life experiences can enrich our teams in the most authentic way.
In this session we will look at the why, what and how of values based leadership. We will de-bunk the myths associated with this topic and we will have some fun connecting as we learn, discuss and ultimately grow.
Session will start at 12 p.m. sharp – we invite you to arrive at 11:45 a.m.
*Cheques may be brought to the meeting or mailed in advance to: Judie Boroevich, BLG, 1200 Waterfront Centre, 200 Burrard Street, Vancouver, B.C., V7Y 1T2.

At the core of my business are meaningful human connections and a strong belief that everybody matters. I create space for people to connect to themselves, to their peers, and to the work they do. These connections strengthen culture within organizations, creating lasting impact. I am a psychology geek and a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach – so you can bet there is always a behavioral edge to whatever topic I may be facilitating.
In the 20 years I’ve been working in Learning and Development, I have collaborated with clients in Culture Design for their organizations; I have run teams through a variety of Leadership Programs; I have given CEO’s, Business Founders and their respective teams the tools to land on their values and purpose; I have facilitated Project Management to diverse production teams; I have moderated panel discussions with students, industry leaders, and entrepreneurs; and as a life-long learner, I am continuously growing and educating myself. My clients include Arc’Teryx, Lux Insights, Maritime Travel, Microsoft, St John Ambulance, BCIT and Flir Technologies.
Cost: $25.00, please make cheque payable to BCLMA. Cheques may be brought to the meeting or mailed in advance to: Judie Boroevich, BLG, 1200 Waterfront Centre, 200 Burrard Street, Vancouver, B.C., V7Y 1T2.
