Birds of All Feathers: The Right Way to Do Diversity
Date(s) - June 2nd, 2021
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Knowing that diversity and inclusion are important, and knowing where to begin when creating a diversity and inclusion program or strategy, are two different things. Many workplaces know that D&I is both the right thing and the smart thing to do, but simply don’t know where to start. If your organization is at or near the beginning of your diversity and inclusion journey, this is the program for you.
In this session Michael Bach, Founder and CEO of the Canadian Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) and author of the book Birds of All Feathers: Doing Diversity and Inclusion Right, will share his thoughts on the importance of building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and how to get started on creating one.
Everyone who signs up for this session will receive a copy of Michael’s book “Birds of All Feathers” delivered to you at your firm.
Register and pay by May 10th to have a copy of your book prior to the event!
