Profile – Rhogene Dadashzadeh, Business Development & Marketing Advisor, Bennett Jones
Rhogene is an innovative business development and marketing professional specializing in the instigation and implementation of transformational change and strategic initiatives. She focuses on optimizing tertiary spend that supports the delivery of core business priorities and objectives to increase stakeholder engagement, client satisfaction, and the likelihood to recommend, all while reducing client churn resulting in record ROI and growth.
Rhogene’s perspective and approach are informed by over 15 years of experience in the corporate, professional services, and not-for-profit sectors across a variety of industries and specialties, including telecommunications, think tank, major stadium sports and entertainment productions, among others. With a strong business acumen and extensive experience in building complex multi-platform strategies and business cases, Rhogene regularly participates in executive leadership teams acting as a strategic advisor, providing operational recommendations; including as part of the TELUS’s Customer First campaign, which resulted in industry-leading customer satisfaction ratings.
Active in the community, Rhogene is currently serving on the committees for VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation Night of a Thousand Stars, Government House Foundation (BC) Inaugural Spring Reception, and the Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland Luminary Soiree. In leading the go-to-market strategy and rebranding of the Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland annual fundraising gala five years ago, leading to five consecutive record revenue years. In 2019, the Soiree raised $912,000 establishing it among the major annual charity events. Rhogene has also served as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for the MS Society – Vancouver Lower Mainland Chapter (2012–2017).
