Please join us for the HR sub-section’s last meeting of 2018! Our November session will be an important presentation on “Financial Wellness and Retirement Readiness for Employees – Exploring the Employer’s Role”.  To present, we have a knowledgeable and powerful thought leader, Rob Taylor, Managing Director of TRG Group Benefits.  Rob will facilitate what we hope to be an interactive discussion, touching on some of the key points below:

  • An overview of the term “financial wellness” with a focus on the critical component employers can assist in influencing, being “Retirement Readiness”
    • How employee’s retirement readiness (or lack thereof) can have an impact on the business
    • An exploration of a fictitious law firm and their journey of promoting retirement readiness – starting with minimal effort and expense to the “gold standard” of retirement readiness offerings
    • Best practices, ideas, tips and resources for adding to or enhancing your retirement readiness program

More about the speaker – A consummate communicator, Rob Taylor has been asking the tough questions and helping his clients explore the answers for more than 27 years. He knows that a carefully crafted benefits solution can be more than just sustainable—it can reflect a corporate vision, strengthen the critical connection between employer and employee, and help that relationship reach its full potential.
