KM projects: where do you start?
Date(s) - February 27th, 2019
Please join us on February 27, 2019, for our first KM subsection event of the year: “KM projects: where do you start?”
Susan Hwang, Solutions Analyst at Miller Thomson, will lead a discussion covering the first phases key to the success of any KM project: locking down project scope, defining requirements (versus preferences), and gathering input from your stakeholders. Susan will discuss some of the fundamental components within each phase, and offer tips on how to engage with lawyers and approach lawyer opposition.
Using a KM precedent database as a case study, Susan’s presentation will provide time for discussion, so that members can brainstorm with and learn from each other.
