What Can the LTC4 Do For You? An Overview of Offit Kurman’s Experience with Implementing LTC4

Have you been curious about implementing LTC4 at your firm? Then join us on March 6th at 12 p.m. presentation by Tony Gerdes on how Offit Kurman implemented LTC4. Tony will speak to all aspects of LTC4 membership, including cost and what’s included in a membership, and the practicalities of rolling it out within a law firm.  The LTC4 is a non-profit organization that has established legal technology core competencies and certification that all law firms can use to measure ongoing efficiency improvements (for more information visit the LTC4 website at http://www.ltc4.org/about-us/).

(Note that April’s meeting will feature a demonstration by Procertas of their legal assessment tool which can be used to conduct the LTC4 assessments (so save April 3rd at 12 p.m. for this demonstration and for more information visit the Procertas website at https://www.procertas.com/)).

About the presenter: Tony Gerdes serves as the Leadership and Development Director at Offit Kurman and is responsible for its Learning and Development Department.  A skillful educator with over 20 years of experience, Tony oversees content development, training strategy for initiatives and rollouts, and development of CLEs and professional growth opportunities.  In addition, Tony acts as a Contributing Member of LTC4 (the Legal Technology Core Competencies Certification Coalition).
