Back by popular demand, Bena Stock, will once again join us for an interactive session on mental health.  This year’s topic is all about dealing with our pandemic fatigue – a very real issue many are facing.  It can be experienced differently for everyone, but includes feeling restless, irritable, lacking motivation, difficulty concentrating on tasks and even withdrawing from socializing with others.

Bena’s presentation will give us some tips to manage this and improve our mental wellbeing.

An interactive link to the session will be sent to you prior to the session along with a workbook to help get you prepared.
