Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in the workplace has always been a hot topic, but in the last few years clients and staff have been pushing companies to turn their minds toward their internal operations and to address the ways in which they are faltering in D&I, both in practice and in representation.

The legal industry is one that has historically struggled in the area of D&I, especially when it comes to hiring and recruitment strategies. Large firms have started to address this issue by creating internal positions and task forces that would focus on accelerating change.  But for small firms that are functioning with minimal support staff, many are left at loss of where to start.

Join us for a dynamic panel discussion on how small firms can start to take real, meaningful steps toward implementing D&I initiatives by altering their hiring strategies. During this session we will be examining real world examples of how to hire a diverse workforce, why it is important to prioritize these strategies, and the ways in which this can help achieve overall business goals.

This event will be hosted virtually. Details will be sent closer to the event date.
