We have all been there! Someone leaves our firm and we then scramble to find a replacement. Instead of taking on a reactive approach to talent, it’s time we begin to build our internal talent pipeline to better plan for future development and ultimately meet long-term needs. Succession planning allows us to more methodically and strategically prepare for our future of leaders and build pools of highly skilled individuals. Sofia will walk you through the importance of succession planning and a six-step framework to build a robust succession plan across various positions within your firms.

Sofia Arisheh is the Principal and Lead HR Senior Consultant of Upskill Consulting, a Human Resources consulting firm offering tailored HR support, services and solutions. She is a Human Resources strategist, leader, advocate and educator and draws from her extensive experience in various sectors and industries.
