COVID-19 has brought many changes into our lives, and the way we work – both within our traditional workspace and now from a distance as we work from home – has been a significant concern for employers.  As we enter 2021 and long term strategic planning, firms are thinking about short and long term policies and processes which will keep employees safe and satisfied, businesses operating and our industry flourishing.

Now with a vaccine on the horizon, along with a workforce that has a desire to continue to work from home, it’s time for firms to start contemplating the longer term considerations for how we’ll move forward through the rest of COVID-19 and beyond.

Join us for a moderated panel discussion on what you’ll need to consider when developing your plans for safe return to the office and remote working practices.

Our panel, comprised of labour & employment lawyers, an HR specialist and the Director of OHS Consultation & Education Services at WorkSafeBC, will discuss what a return to the office may look like, the employer/employee responsibilities when an employee moves to a permanent or hybrid remote working situation, how develop effective work-from-home policies, and tips and tricks to deal with performance management issues and metrics.

Sign up to hear our panel of experts speak to this important topic and answer your questions!  Please ensure to send us your questions when you register. This event is proudly sponsored by
