We usually give a gift equaling $50 per staff member (gift card, mani/pedi, etc) and then have food and draw prizes throughout the day. (We get free draw prizes from RBC rewards, as we use a firm credit card to pay for most payables). We try and really ‘pump it up’ to excite the staff and show our appreciation. This year we are likely going for a carnival theme so we will get a hot dog machine, pop corn machine, chocolate fountain, etc.).
