We also look at these requests on a case-by-case basis. We currently have several staff who work a four day work week – it has only been granted to senior staff thus far. In one case, we allow the employee to work four 7.5 hour days, but the others are just on a straight four day schedule. We do not have any newer staff working a modified work week.
