We have been using RecordXpress (previously Best Services Shredding) for years and they are affordable and provide great service. I recently compared their pricing to Iron Mountain and there was a noticeable cost savings compared to Iron Mountain.

I am looking to see what coffee provider everyone is using these days. We have been with Van Houtte for many years, but lately we have noticed some inconsistencies in their service. We used to use Shred-it, but we switched to Urban Impact a few years ago. We’ve been very happy with their service. Their rates are competitive, and they’ve consistently provided excellent customer service.

Both Shred-it and Urban Impact are reliable. We work with both companies for our offices and have had good experiences with them.
