You can order a la carte from Spud but it&#8217;s prohibitively expensive. If you know of a source for the large mixed fruit bins, please let me know.</p>

We aim to scan in all file contents and shred, only sending documents to storage that cannot be destroyed and would need to wait for destruction as per Law Society rules. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We don&#8217;t have a formal written policy, but we have revised our procedure so that we don&#8217;t send anything out for storage anymore. We are slowly moving a fully paper firm to a digital practice.</p>
<p>There was an upfront cost in paying someone to digitize the files but that offsets the 6-10 years of storage costs and any future costs. <p>We are currently trying to revamp our file storage policy and procedures, with a view to sending less offsite for storage and giving Iron Mountain less money. If anyone has a closed file policy that focuses on digitization of files you would be willing to share, I would be grateful for a starting point. </p>
