We&#8217;ve been off of PCLaw maintenance for a couple of years and so far I have not heard back from our consultant.  If you have a fix, please share.</p>

Have you looked at forms in the LS Trust accounting manual?  Maybe they have one there&#8230;&#8230;.   we just use a General Cheque Requisition form, but we currently write cheques not EFT.<br />

Our receptionist keeps the LawPay link open on her computer during the day and if a client calls or wants to pay in person, she just inputs their information directly into the system. We are currently using LawPay for clients to pay online and also using a Moneris POS machine at our reception desk. Do any firms get by with just LawPay? I&#8217;m going through their website and trying to figure out how to do point of sale transactions (including debit) and thought I would check here before giving them a call.<br />

Not sure that we&#8217;ve come across the problems you are describing (now I&#8217;m scared!!) but I know it took 3 years of hounding before an &#8220;unpaid&#8221; day was deducted automatically from the system so that it didn&#8217;t also require a manual entry.  </p>

My bookkeeper tells me that the updates ADP runs often creates errors. For example, someone&#8217;s vacation time will suddenly not be paid to them.
