We have used a combination of roles to come up with our band. From BCLMA we used Finance Manager/Controller, Director of Accounting/Finance and CFO. We also used CFO from WCBC.

I’m wondering what firms in Vancouver are using for salary market data for their compensation for CFO’s, Director’s of Finance, and/or Controller’s in the legal industry? The BCLMA salary data doesn’t include these specific roles or information. Alternatively, are your firms using Robert Half Salary guides for the legal field for these Finance roles?
