<p>The paralegals that deal with Court of Appeal still have Acrobat as it does a superior job of only OCRing pages that are missing OCR.<br />

<p>We use Cosmolex. Their support is very good. A helpful chat tool and lots of help pages on their site&#8211; so it&#8217;s easy to troubleshoot. Lots of good reporting functions. <p>The transition went well with the help of external consultants. We used 3545 Consulting to do the transition as well as a local consultant for specific training and other onboarding. I can provide further details on the consultants if needed.</p>

The actual data transfer and integration process was very smooth and easy but there were some glitches and bugs once we started using it. We had a lot of great help getting going and working out the bugs &#8211; it was a lot of work but not that we have been using it for a while it is smooth.  Help was amazing.  It is now an AI help (and it&#8217;s been fine) for what we need.  There are how to publications which have worked great.  We are happy 🙂</p>
