We just implemented an official hybrid WFH policy &#8211; 1 day a week for support and 2 days for associates &#8211; scheduled days. If so, then these costs are pretty good.  If the cost is just for helpdesk and network administration, then you are probably paying more than necessary. <p>We&#8217;re a boutique firm of about 14 people. We are somehow paying $4k+ every month for our third party IT services&#8230;. is that normal?? </p>
<p>This is not including equipment costs when buying equipment. </p>

Lots of good reporting functions. The terminology sometimes throws me off because it&#8217;s an American product. <p>I think best practice is to consider the individual the client initially and ID that person or persons for the incorporation file.  You then either open a separate file for the ongoing corporate matters and ID the company, or you rename the client on the original file to the company and ID it. One of our lawyers is assisting a client with the incorporation of a Co-Op. In recent years we have made arrangements for a London Drugs pharmacist to administer the Flu Shot Clinic at our office.</p>
