This role is relied on to maintain a continued track-record of success in cases involving complex technology initiatives including strategy development, contract negotiations, and the legal aspects of acquiring, developing and transferring technology . This is done through exceptional practice management and client service, the ability to successfully handle competing priorities, and a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Running files from beginning to end
  • Preparing and drafting various correspondence and legal documents error-free
  • Maintaining an efficient file management and bring forward system
  • Maintaining calendars, managing emails, and managing lawyers’ practices
  • Proofreading and final quality control before documents reach our clients
  • Interacting with clients
  • General administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned

You are successful because:

  • You have minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate Legal Assistant
  • You are meticulous with organization and attention to detail
  • You follow instructions and adhere to strict deadlines

  • You have exceptional communication skills and a superb client service focus
