For staff we acknowledge 5, 10, 15, etc. years with the company with gifts.

For lawyers we acknowledge call to the bar 5, 10, 15, etc. anniversaries. Employee lawyers receive gifts (but not partners!).

We do a firm-wide lunch to celebrate these anniversaries and they are included in our firm internal newsletter.
