How to Register other firm members for an Event

  1. Log in to the BCLMA website using your unique username and password.
  2. Go to the Events Calendar, select of the event you would like to register for. At the bottom of that page is the Bookings
  3. Click the Add Firm Member button. A popup will occur.
  4. Select anyone in the list from the popup window you would like to add. Then click on the Add to Bookings. (Anyone highlighted in grey means they are already booked)
  5. Add any dietary restriction/allergy information and any further notes that may be pertinent to the organizers, if required.
  6. Select the ticket type, if required.
  7. Click the Send your booking

NOTE: Registrant will receive a pending notification via email immediately, and then a confirmation email once the event coordinator has approved the registration.
