About the Speaker, Jennifer Leonard | Founder of Creative Lawyers
Jennifer Leonard, the founder of Creative Lawyers, is a seasoned expert and thought leader in the legal industry, particularly in the realm of Generative AI. Passionate about modernizing legal practice, she leverages innovative frameworks, design thinking, and strategic advising to aid law firms in their evolution. Her work addresses the significant impacts of emerging technologies, such as Generative AI, and societal trends including hybrid work, multi-generational workforces, and attorney well-being.
In addition to launching Creative Lawyers, Jennifer serves as Penn Carey Law’s first Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Director of the Future of the Profession Initiative (FPI), where she spearheaded projects aimed at understanding the rapidly evolving professional landscape for lawyers. An accomplished educator, Jennifer instructs courses in Modern Law Firm Business Strategy and Innovation in Practice: Design Thinking for Legal Professionals. In Fall 2023, she will also co-teach the exciting new course, Generative AI in Law Practice.
