Something is happening in our lives at work (and beyond), where no matter how much we achieve and accomplish, we do not feel like it’s enough. We can’t put work down. We are not sleeping, not taking care of our bodies, we feel the need to be perfect or at least excellent all the time in all of the different aspects of our lives: as employees, colleagues, parents, friends, children, and even acquaintances. Join Kara Hardin to explore how the very ways we learn to succeed can leave us feeling unwell, as well as to learn strategies to create a healthier relationship with work.

Kara Hardin (she/her), Founder and CEO of The Practice Lab, is a mental health educator,
Registered Psychotherapist, and former practicing corporate and securities lawyer, who works
at the intersection of mental health and performance. She specializes in the complicated ways
that mental health drives performance and how it shows up at work. She holds a Master’s
degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) and a Juris
Doctor from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Kara’s core values are learning and
kindness.

This session will be recorded and available (for 30 days)  to those who registered.

The link will be emailed to registrants 2 – 3 days prior to the event.
