The HR Subsection is very pleased to invite you to our yearly presentation Employment Law Updates 2024. Each year, we look to be as informed and educated as possible when it comes to employment law. Whether it’s drafting contracts, work-from-home policies or employee terminations, with the help of our guest speaker, you will leave this session with the most current employment information available.
Presenter – Menachem Freedman, Lawyer – HHBG Lawyers
Menachem is a employment, human rights and labour lawyer. He has assisted his clients throughout the course of the employment relationship: contract negotiation, workplace investigations, bullying and harassment, and dismissal . Menachem has a particular passion for cases involving human rights violations or breaches of privacy. He has also represented unions in labour arbitrations, access to information requests, labour relations board and all other proceedings.
