We have an exciting opportunity for a legal administrative position in our Family Law department. This position requires a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, common sense, initiative, and the ability to pay strict attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers in managing family law cases, including divorce, parenting time and parenting responsibilities, and spousal support.
- Prepare legal documents such as affidavits, motions, and pleadings.
- Manage client communication and case files.
- Coordinate scheduling for court dates, client meetings, and deadlines.
- File and organize documents electronically.
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence and managing case calendars.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a family law department is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
