We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join our talented team of professionals. This is a temporary (approximately 18 months), full-time position, hours will be Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 4:30 pm.  The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Director of Marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Manages Workplace Law Education Series (WPLES). Coordinates all event logistics (virtual and in-person as needed). Liaises with speakers and attendees addressing inquiries. Analyzes metrics and reports findings.
- Manages RG social media platforms by creating content, monitoring activity and engaging with target audience.
- Manages RG website, updating and posting content as needed.
- Designs RG Marketing content including presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, and graphics.
- Manages publishing content for Labour Notes by coordinating post submissions, Coordinates, advertising insertions, website posting and LinkedIn promotion.
- Tracks and reports marketing data.
- CRM subject matter expert.
- Ad hoc marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Coordinator level marketing role (legal or professional services sector preferred)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with CRM programs, WordPress, EventBrite, MyEmma
- Strong writing skills with attention to grammar, spelling and ease of communication
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a high-level of accuracy in data management
- Demonstrates meticulous care in ensuring marketing content alignment with RG Brand
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
