Fiona will delve into emerging interior design trends tailored to the legal sector, highlighting strategies to support senior partners while attracting and retaining top talent, creating workspaces that are both functional and inviting. Robin will explore the evolving role of the physical office, emphasizing its value in fostering culture, mentorship, and collaboration. She will also highlight opportunities for incremental changes that enhance functionality and align with the unique demands of legal spaces.

FIONA CHATTERJI, Senior Interior Designer, Law Specialist Fiona brings over 15 years of experience across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and public design, specializing in workplace environments with a focus on the legal sector. Passionate about optimizing functionality and creating inspiring spaces, she excels in concept development, space planning, detailed drawings, and client collaboration. Fiona skillfully guides
projects from initial design through furniture selection and construction, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.

ROBIN ROSEBRUGH, Director of Workplace Strategy & Research
Robin combines expertise in science, design, and organizational psychology to enhance work environments. With degrees from Harvard (Master’s) and UBC (B.Sc.), plus certifications in sustainable building and interior design,
Robin specializes in aligning human behavior with the built environment.  Robin applies data-driven insights to create workplaces that boost well-being, productivity, and satisfaction.

Agenda – This is a networking event. A presentation followed by wine and cheese. A chance to mingle with members and connect.
