ABOUT US

Mack Law Corporation is an Indigenous-owned and operated law firm located on W̱SÁNEĆ territory. Partner and founder Leah Mack and the firm work together to provide thoughtful, practical, and clear legal advice to Indigenous communities, individuals, and organizations in British Columbia and across Canada. We strive to prioritize Indigenous legal methods in conjunction with Canadian law, to promote improved services, supports, and outcomes for Indigenous peoples and Nations.

In addition to working directly with Indigenous communities and people, we also provide support to non-Indigenous organizations working with Indigenous communities, ensuring collaboration on important issues involving the sea, the land, and the sky. We are committed to clients and files that promote nation-building and sovereignty while safeguarding the environment for future generations. We also provide general legal services to clients in the areas of employment law, business law, and the occasional litigation file.

As an organization, we are dedicated to promoting cultural safety and humility, and we firmly advocate for justice and fairness. Our diverse skills and backgrounds have enabled us to assemble a cohesive team of legal professionals committed to providing expert guidance, options, and resources for our clients.
