We are looking for a full-time Director of Operations to join our Vancouver office. This position is a dynamic leadership role responsible for managing and aligning the organization’s people, processes, and physical workspaces.

The Role:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including workflow management, process improvement
  • Overseeing the Human Resources department and functionality including payroll and benefits administration
  • Overseeing the office services and reception team
  • Full-cycle recruitment for all positions within the Firm
  • Annual budgeting for operations and HR
  • Participate in various compensation and benefit surveys
  • Consult and advise on associate salaries, performance reviews
  • Manage memberships and LSBC fees
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and key business partnerships
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business plans and operational roadmaps
  • Managing the student recruitment cycle with the partnership
  • Advising and implementing team structures and space planning
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

About You:

  • 5+ years’ experience in operations or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Post secondary education 
  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing internal systems and business processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with budget planning, resource management, and cross-functional leadership
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Salary:

  • Salary range $125,000 - $145,000 annually
