We are looking for a full-time Director of Operations to join our Vancouver office. This position is a dynamic leadership role responsible for managing and aligning the organization’s people, processes, and physical workspaces.
The Role:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including workflow management, process improvement
- Overseeing the Human Resources department and functionality including payroll and benefits administration
- Overseeing the office services and reception team
- Full-cycle recruitment for all positions within the Firm
- Annual budgeting for operations and HR
- Participate in various compensation and benefit surveys
- Consult and advise on associate salaries, performance reviews
- Manage memberships and LSBC fees
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and key business partnerships
- Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business plans and operational roadmaps
- Managing the student recruitment cycle with the partnership
- Advising and implementing team structures and space planning
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
About You:
- 5+ years’ experience in operations or HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Post secondary educationÂ
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing internal systems and business processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with budget planning, resource management, and cross-functional leadership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Salary:
- Salary range $125,000 - $145,000 annually
