About the Speaker

Richelle Molaro is the SVP, Client Growth Strategy – Professional Services at The Collective AI. In this role, she helps firms integrate AI into their operations through a human-centered approach to change management.

For over a decade, Richelle was a driving force behind strategic transformation at Canada’s largest law firm. She played a pivotal role in implementing the firm’s overarching strategy, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Talent Officer, and ultimately serving as Chief of Staff for its Specialized Litigation practices—comprising over 300 lawyers and generating more than $150M in revenue. Her innovative leadership led her to helm BLG Beyond, the firm’s most future-focused business division, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. There, she was tasked with building an alternate operating model that drove revenue growth, increased profitability, enhanced client service, improved talent retention, and fostered innovation.

Now at The Collective AI, Richelle brings this experience—along with an MBA in Change Management—to support professional service firms in embracing the opportunities presented by innovation. Her approach is rooted in helping organizations build on their existing strengths: their people, their markets, and their client relationships. She believes bold change is best achieved collaboratively and is committed to helping firms lead that change together.

Richelle’s work is guided by her core values of transparency, integrity, and inclusion. A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), she also actively supports entrepreneurs within her community.
