Join Lisa Stone, partner and founder of Stone Consulting Team, in this engaging session on driving change and inspiring our teams to fully participate. Lisa not only focuses on the technical work, but also on the change management aspects of projects. She strives to ensure that firms fully adopt the new technology they deploy. Her change management approach marries the technology clients deploy with the change to the user community and drives successful adoption based on smart and innovative legal workflows. Regardless of the technology, Lisa can assist with managing expectations and achieving goals, all within a carefully planned timeline.

Lisa Stone, partner and founder of Stone Consulting Team, a women-led technology consultancy, was proud to be the first woman-owned firm to receive the iManage Partner of the Year award in 2023 and 2024. Lisa has been a Legal IT professional for over 25 years. Her mission is to provide white glove services to SCT’s clients, highlighting innovation and next generation document management system practices.
Lisa is an author in the ILTA Lessons in Leadership book and was honored as one of ILTA’s 2023 Influential Women in Legal Technology which highlights women in legal technology who have made a marked impact on mentorship and leadership. She was also a two-time finalist for the ILTA Innovative Consultant of the Year award and is often called upon as a subject-matter expert, moderator and thought leader for various legal focused organizations, including ILTA, ALT, and LegalSec. Lisa serves on the ILTA Partner Advisory Council and currently chairs the Education Task Force sub-committee. She is also the first ever business partner to act as Track Chair for the ILTACON Conference Committee in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Along with her technical expertise, Lisa provides the highest level of leadership, client management, and project management. She is masterful at assessing client issues and solving problems. Her growing breadth of technical proficiency and unwavering dedication to her clients represents the core of Stone Consulting Team’s vision.
