We are currently recruiting for a full-time Office Services Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Office Services Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prepare courier packages, and distribute deliveries throughout the office.
  • Support practice groups, legal professionals, and administrative teams (including Marketing, Accounting, and HR) with document production tasks.
  • Conduct conflict checks and complete corporate searches.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, coordinating with vendors as required.
  • Maintain shared spaces by tidying boardrooms and common areas, and set up rooms for meetings.
  • Assist with office moves, furniture adjustments, and general maintenance requests.
  • Provide back-up coverage for reception as needed.
  • Complete office errands and other tasks to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs. as required.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 – $55,000 annually. The final offer will take into account the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as internal and market equity.
