Description
Temporary receptionist is needed November 24, 2025 to January 15, 2026. The hours are Monday to Thursday, 10:30am to 4:30pm.
In this role you will perform a variety of reception and administrative duties including:
• Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Coordinating couriers and outgoing mail
• Scanning and distributing incoming mail
• Processing printing requests
• Scheduling and booking boardroom meetings
• Housekeeping of kitchen areas and boardrooms
• Setting up boardroom for internal meetings and events
Qualifications
• Office experience, preferred
• Legal experience, preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service with professionalism
• Ability to exercise strict confidentiality and discretion
