Hira Rowan LLP is a boutique downtown law firm involved in the practice of high-profile matters including commercial/civil litigation, regulatory litigation, criminal matters and public inquiries. We are currently recruiting for a full time  Reception/Office Services Clerk.

 

General Overview

 

We are looking for an Office Services Clerk who is organized and is responsible for the general reception and various office duties.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Reception Duties, meet and greet clients, phone answering including the lobby access for clients
  • Mail services as required
  • Booking Boardrooms
  • Kitchen housekeeping
  • Ordering office supplies as required or requested
  • Opening and Closing Files
  • Some filing, printing and file maintenance as support to the legal assistants
  • Maintenance of the Photocopiers as needed

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • Office experience would be helpful but not necessary
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
