About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to exclusively execute our online marketing efforts.
If you are data-driven, creative, and experienced in growing brands online, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
- Oversee social media marketing (content, scheduling, engagement, analytics)
- Email marketing campaigns (creation, segmentation, automation)
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
- A/B test campaigns to improve conversions and ROI
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of:
- Paid media campaigns (PPC)
- SEO/SEM
- Social media growth strategies
- Email marketing platforms
- Experience with tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- SEO tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Basic knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Content strategy or copywriting skills
- Experience scaling online brands or e-commerce businesses
