Current Position Available: Paralegal – Class Action

Job duties:

• Interviewing clients for claims processing
• Draft claims based on client interview
• Point of contact for clients, including obtaining information regarding their claim
• Manage file progression including obtaining relevant documentation and managing settlement process

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Paralegal Diploma or equivalent experience
• Exceptional client service skills
• Superior organizational/document management skills with a strong attention to detail
• Fact investigation, analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Internet, Case Management Software
• Advanced knowledge of database management
• Ability to manage work responsibilities in an unstructured environment
• Independent with the ability to confidently make judgment calls and recommendations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute deliverables in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sound business judgment including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances
