We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant with at least 1+ years of experience in a practical setting. Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred. This is a permanent and full-time position, hours will be Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. We offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a competitive compensation and benefit package. Responsibilities:

  • Handle the administrative coordination for the Workplace Law Education Series (WPLES), including CPD accreditation tasks, boardroom bookings, and calendar invitations.
  • Provide administrative support for firm publications including scheduling, reminders and calendar invites.
  • Update and oversee marketing trackers and reporting.
  • Keep the CRM database accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain the firm's document management workspaces, ensuring marketing documents are saved correctly.
  • Track inventory of firm marketing materials.
  • Track and maintain the marketing budget.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping, care and consistence with brand standards.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills, with excellent proofreading ability and attention to detail.
  • Able to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management tools and document management systems.
