Current Position Available:  Junior LAA – Class Action – 1 year contract

Job duties:

• Open contact files in document management program
• Prepare forms for review by clients and team members
• Communicate with clients
• General clerical work

Qualifications & Requirements:

• LAA Diploma as well as 1-3 years of experience in litigation
• Superior organizational/document management skills with a strong attention to detail
• Fact investigation, analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Internet, Case Management Software
• Advanced knowledge of database management
• Ability to manage work responsibilities in an unstructured environment
• Independent with the ability to confidently make judgment calls and recommendations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute deliverables in a timely manner
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sound business judgment including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances
