We hire an IT company to work on our computers. They charge us by the quarter hour and I think that their rates are reasonable. I agree with Leslie that you get a better skill set with a company rather than in-house. We use them on average a few hours per week to maintain our two servers and 26 computers/laptops. Some weeks can be more hours depending on the issues.
