Please note this position is for a 12 month contract, with the possibility to extend up to 18 months.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Entering vendor invoices daily;
- Entering expense reimbursement requests for payment in conjunction with payroll as well as Visa payments;
- Preparing and processing payments for invoices via electronic banking or cheque; and
- Other miscellaneous tasks required from throughout the department.
Knowledge, Qualities & Experience Required
- A minimum of one year equivalent work experience;
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word;
- Able to meet timely deadlines and ensure appropriate response times;
- Dedicated to providing quality customer support by providing service beyond expectation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong ability to perform well and be unfailingly diplomatic in a high pressure environment with multiple internal clients; and
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities required to prioritize a high volume of tasks and manage priorities.
