We are looking for an experienced Associate Lawyer to join our Realization & Insolvency practice group. A successful candidate must have the following:
- a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (J.D.);
- be a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia;
- one to four years of litigation experience (any realization and insolvency experience is an asset);
- strong research and writing skills as well as a demonstrated ability to navigate complex issues;
- ability to speak to Supreme Court chambers applications on a regular basis;
- effective client and practice management skills; and
- be self-motivated with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with lawyers and staff.
