Watson Goepel LLP is a growing and dynamic multi-service law firm based in downtown Vancouver additional offices located in West Vancouver & Calgary, Alberta. We are looking for a Corporate Services Clerk to join our Corporate Services Department in our Vancouver office. This position reports to the Corporate Services Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly billing for the Corporate Services department, including annual maintenance billing
- Prepare reports for annual maintenance and review returned annual reports
- Prepare and send reminders to clients
- Handle all incoming mail for the corporate records department
- Draft routine correspondence
- Perform conflict searches
- Conduct BC Online searches
- Filing annual maintenance
- Update MinuteBox database
- Other tasks as required
- Assist with overflow work as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant program
- Experience working in a law firm or office environment an asset
- Interest in corporate law
- Previous corporate experience is an asset
- Able to organize and prioritize workload
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe, MinuteBox & iManage
- Ability to use critical thinking while problem-solving
- Comfortable using step stools/small ladders and lift 10 lbs.

- Always presents a professional image and acts as a firm ambassador

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (35 hours a week)
