Randie Wilson & Company is centrally located in downtown Vancouver and is one of the few law firms in British Columbia which restricts its practice almost exclusively to foreclosures, collection and execution litigation security enforcement and general insolvency matters.
Randie Wilson & Company has one of the larger foreclosure practices in British Columbia as well as a large contingency collection practice and we represent a broad cross-section of large institutional lenders as well as private lenders.
Since 1996, the practice has focused almost exclusively on mortgage enforcement and unsecured collections which has allowed us to develop a high level of expertise in our chosen practice areas to better serve our clients in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.
Randie Wilson & Company is currently seeking a junior legal admin assistant for full time work. We require an individual who can handle a high-volume of work and who is technically inclined.
Standard Responsibilities:
File opening
LTSA/BC Online Searches
Preparation of letters as required
Arranging for courier or registered mail of letters & legal documents
General administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Completion of Legal Administrative Assistant course
Well organized, methodical, and detail oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
