WHO WE NEED

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help further grow the firm’s already reputable practice. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, and working closely with the Marketing Committee, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the firm’s marketing strategy, which will entail, among other responsibilities:

  • Managing the firm's social media accounts and website to ensure a current and active online presence
  • Creating and producing visually stimulating electronic and printed marketing materials
  • Writing captivating content to promote the firm and its services
  • Planning and coordinating business development and community events
  • Developing and maintaining a CRM system
  • Collaborating with the firm’s lawyers on profile building, client outreach and client retention
  • Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies and recommending potential adjustments
  • Ensuring that all initiatives are carried out in a cost-effective manner within budget

WHO YOU ARE

You are self-motivated and thrive both on generating a quality product independently and on working collaboratively with other busy professionals. As the position entails significant responsibility, you are calm under pressure and eager to take on challenges. Your pride in the quality of your marketing work should mirror our pride in the quality of our legal services. And you will bring with you the following qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other substantially comparable education
  • At least one year in a marketing role, preferably in a professional services industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet tight deadlines when necessary.
  • A keen eye for detail and a sense of aesthetics with a love for great copy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, WordPress and all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, website analytics tools and CRM systems
