Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized mid-level to senior paralegal to join our legal team as our Paralegal Team Lead.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures. This role is a blend of lawyer file support, mentorship of junior lawyers and future paralegals, internal operations development and self-directed file work. The role is well-suited to an ambitious mid-level paralegal or senior paralegal looking for more involvement in their firm's development, more responsibility, more opportunity for growth, more values-alignment in their practice, and an opportunity to bring the team along with them in a leadership role.

As a purpose-driven law firm committed to providing strategic, compassionate, and modern legal services for organizations with mission at their core, we are looking to fill this role with someone who understands the importance of efficiency, approachability, and how to strike the right balance between tradition and innovation.
