General Accountability

Reporting to the Office Services Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional client service and reception coverage in a professional and efficient manner.  The work schedule may vary, with start times between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and end times between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., requiring flexibility.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support, ensuring timely response to calls in the queue.
  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival.
  • Escort clients to designated boardrooms and perform light hosting duties as needed.
  • Perform scanning and document digitization tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries, ensuring timely processing.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support central filing processes, including file openings and conflict searches.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of reception or administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with impeccable interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor, communication and presentation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Compensation + Benefits

The typical salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal and market equity.
